M - Methodical (in her thoughts and deeds)
O - Observant (ever watchful and alert)
T - Tolenrant (gives her family a long rope)
H - Helpful (you can approach her with your concerns)
E - Efficient (her ability is beyond words)
R - Resourceful (unbelievably so!)
